In 2005, Eowen S. Rosentrater graduated cum laude from Gonzaga School of Law. She opened her own law practice in September 2009 and currently practices in the areas of business and employment law, tort law and family law. Prior to opening her own firm, Eowen worked as a civil litigation attorney for a mid-size Spokane law firm and handled complex civil litigation involving contract disputes, employment, personal injury, trusts, product liability, insurance coverage, property disputes and divorce/custody disputes.
Eowen also has delved into the world of hospitality. Eowen is the co-founder of a hockey-themed restaurant and bar established in 2021 with her business partner, Jesse. Combining her passion for sports with a commitment to hospitality, she has helped build a distinctive venue that celebrates hockey culture while delivering an exceptional dining experience.
In her free time, Eowen enjoys time with her two children, and her grandson. Eowen also enjoys snowboarding, bicycling, and traveling whenever she can.

Brennan “Boone” Schreibman represents local businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities in civil litigation and as outside general counsel, handling legal matters ranging from day-to-day compliance, risk-management, and strategic advice to courtroom advocacy in complex civil disputes. His municipal practice includes a broad range of matters including inter-agency disputes, interlocal agreement negotiations, tax revenue allocation, utilities, and Public Records Act and Open Public Meetings Act compliance. His practice also focuses on construction, real estate, commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, nonprofit governance, tax exemption, and formation. Boone maintains a pro bono practice representing individuals and nonprofits in debt collection, grant compliance and administration, criminal record expungement, housing discrimination, and civil rights matters.
Before entering private practice, Boone served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Washington Attorney General’s Office, working in the Labor & Industries Division and later as General Counsel to Eastern Washington University. After law school, he clerked for Judge Robert E. Lawrence-Berrey of the Washington State Court of Appeals and Judge Robert H. Whaley of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Boone received his B.A. from Gonzaga University and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a Public Interest Scholar and a member of the Villanova Law Review, Moot Court Board, and Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic.
Outside of his legal practice, Boone currently serves on the board of directors for the Northwest Justice Project, Washington’s largest publicly funded legal aid program, which provides civil legal assistance and representation to thousands of low-income Washington residents each year. He currently serves as a Commissioner and Acting Chair of the City of Spokane Human Rights Commission, which advises and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding issues related to human rights, unjust discrimination, and the implementation of programs consistent with the needs of all City residents. He has also volunteered with Spokane’s CASA program that advocating for children in dependency proceedings, served on the board of a local nonprofit focused on environmental education for middle and high school students, and helped develop alternative disciplinary programs for high schools in Norristown, Pennsylvania and West Philadelphia.
